You will never find another Guest House like this, a warm reception, beautifully furnished rooms, a 17th Century (listed) thatched riverside cottage, made even more splendid by its 150 year old Wisteria that explodes with beautiful purple flowers all throughout May and June. All the bedroom windows face across the Mole Valley, giving stunning views throughout the year. Breakfast is when you want and whatever you want. We work to your time clock. All rooms have colour TV's,wash handbasins, tea and coffee making facilities, new pine beds, and of course stunning vistas!

This is more than a chocolate box cottage, it actually exists; although you'll think that you're in 7th heaven. We are open throughout the year, only closing for 2 weeks at Christmas & New Year, when we entertain our families and friends.
